Susan King, 74, Green County, KY (1949-2023) Suzanne Marie "Susan" King of Greensburg, Kentucky, daughter of the late William Hayes Haynes and Beatrice Sue Hayden Haynes, was born on Saturday, June 18, 1949 and departed this life on Tuesday, October 31, 2023 at her home. She was 74 years, 4 months, and 13 days of age. She had made a profession of faith in Christ. Survivors include a son: Bobby B. King of California; three grandsons: Jason McKinney, Jonathan King both of Greensburg, and Keon King of California; two brothers and sisters-in-law: William and Yvonne Haynes of Greensburg, and Allen and Bontina Haynes of Hart County; two sisters: Linda Stilts of Hodgenville, and Mary Jones of Campbellsville; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by a sister, Helen Dotson. The funeral services for Suzanne Marie "Susan" King will be conducted at 1pmCT Wednesday, November 8, 2023 at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Bethlehem Cemetery. Bro. Cliffton Sullivan officiating. Visitation is requested after 11amCT Wednesday until time of the funeral service. The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the family burial expenses, which can be made at the funeral home.
