Jerry Compton, 68, Columbia, KY (1955-2023) Jerry Thomas Compton of Columbia died on Friday, November 3, 2023 at U.K. Chandler Medical Center in Lexington. He was 68 years old. The funeral service will be held at 11amCT on Monday, November 6, 2023, at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Jon Davis and Bro. Adam Shepard officiating. Burial will follow in Haven Hill Cemetery. Visitation is requested after 4pmCT on Sunday. He was born January 6, 1955, in Louisville, Kentucky, to the late Eddie and Betty Jo Loy Compton. Jerry was a member of Columbia Christian Church, most recently worked in Medical Billing and enjoyed being and cooking for his family and friends. Survivors include:
