Adams issues Voter Bill Of Rights From Michon Lindstrom Secretary of State Michael Adams issued a Voter's Bill of Rights as voting has begun in the 2023 general election. Reporting Voter Intimidation And Other Unlawful Conduct Voter intimidation is defined under the law as the use of threats, coercion or attempts to intimidate for the purpose of interfering with the right of another person to vote or to vote for the person of their choosing. Voter intimidation can include physically blocking polling places, disrupting or interrogating voters, spreading false information about voting requirements and procedures.
