Marsha Lynn Brower, 67, Russell County, KY (1956-2023)

Marsha Lynn Hudson Brower, of Russell Springs, passed away Thursday October 26, 2023, at UK Chandler Medical Center, in Lexington. She was 67 years of age.

Born April 9, 1956, in Clinton County, she was a daughter of the late Hubert and Joyce Burchett Hudson. Marsha enjoyed working outside in her flowers and spending time with her family.


She was the type of person always willing to help those in need. Marsha also enjoyed attending Word of God Church, where she was a faithful member.

Survivors include four daughters, Christina (and Clay) Harris, of Russell Springs, Latisha (and Robert) Walters, of Jamestown, Marion (and Darrin) Rhines, of Knoxville, Tennessee, and Delisa (and Charles) Hatfield, of Georgetown, Georgia; a brother, Bobby (and Brenda) Hudson, of Jamestown; a sister, Kathy (and Dennis) Franklin, of Russell Springs; and a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Marsha is preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Brower; son, Tyler Brower; grandson, Blake Walters; and a brother, Brent Hudson.

Funeral services are 2pmCT Saturday, November 4, 2023, at Bernard Funeral Home with Bro. Matt Franklin and Bro. John Rexroat officiating. Burial will follow in Rexroat Cemetery.

Visitation for the public will be 12-2 Saturday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made at the funeral home to offset the cost of the funeral for the family.
