Melissa Rexroat-Craigmiles, 56, Adair County, KY Melissa Rexroat-Craigmiles, of Columbia, passed suddenly from this life Friday, October 20, 2023, at her home. She was 56 years of age. She had a beautiful soul and was a most special lady who touched the lives of everyone who knew her. She was a family historian and genealogist and was a large contributor to the popular FindaGrave.com website. She loved flowers and butterflies and was a collector of miniature figurines. Melissa was filled with the Holy Spirit and was A Warrior for Christ. Melissa was born February 26, 1967, in Louisville, daughter of the late Oris and Gladys Foley Rexroat. She is survived by her loving husband of 17 years, James; and many uncles, aunts and cousins. Along with her parents, Melissa is preceded in death by her brother, Gary Gene Rexroat; her grandparents; and several uncles and aunts. Funeral services are 1pmCT, Thursday, November 2, 2023, at Bernard Funeral Home, with Pastor Jim Rhodes officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
