Zaxby's Columbia to hold grand opening on Oct 16 Zaxby's will hold a grand opening for their new location on Monday, October 16, 2023, at 301 Dohoney Trace, Columbia, KY. "We are so happy to bring the first Zaxby's to the fast-growing community of Columbia," said Scott Hail, the owner of AJ Hospitality, LLC. "It is our desire to establish a lasting relationship with Adair County residents. We are excited to bring such indescribably good chicken to this area and look forward to meeting and growing together as a community." The roughly 2,900 square feet, white farmhouse-style restaurant, features a spacious indoor dining room, accommodating up to 56 guests. "We are planning to hire 50 new team members for our upcoming grand opening," Hail added. Interested applicants can apply via Indeed.com or visit the store for walk-in interviews. Walk-in interviews will be conducted from Tuesday, October 10, 2023, to Thursday, October 12, 2023, between 9amCT and 4pmCT.
