Michael Williams, 63, Cumberland County, KY (1960-2023) Michael Williams, age 63 of Burkesville, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at his home. Michael was born on June 27, 1960 in Cumberland County, KY to the late Raymon Williams and Norma Dean Watson Spears. Hewas a member of Ashlock Church of Christ and was a former employee of James Ritter Lumber Company. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one daughter and son-in-law Leona and Chris Cary and one grandson John Russell Bowlin. Survivors Include: His Wife - Roxie Akin Williams of Burkesville, KY; Two Daughters - Jessie Williams and Brandi Bryson and her husband Tim both of Burkesville, KY; Two Sons - Chris Bowlin and his wife Brenda of Burkesville, KY and Michael Williams, II and his wife Kelsey of Russell Springs, KY; Three Sisters - Louellen Weaver and her husband Bob of Cookeville, TN, Julie Wray and her husband Rondall and Candace Grider and her husband Jessie, Jr. both of Burkesville, KY; Three Brothers - Lonnie Williams of Burkesville, KY Kenneth Williams of Celina, TN and David Spears and his wife Wendy of Moss, TN; Ten Grandchildren - Alex Cary, Stacy Cary, Blake Bowlin, Landon Bowlin, Corey Bryson, Caitlin Bryson, Emma Bryson, Bella Williams, Marley Williams, Piper Williams; Two Great Grandchildren - Levi Bryson and Freya Bryson and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends Funeral Service: Saturday, September 23, 2023 at 11amCT at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 N. Main Street, Burkesville, KY with burial in Williams Cemetery in Clay County, TN. Family requests visitation on Friday, September 22, 2023 from 5-9. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of a donation to the Williams Cemetery Fund, 42 Williams Cemetery Rd. Celina, TN 38551 or may be left at the funeral home.
