Zelma Lotter, 80, Adair Co., KY native (1943-2023) Zelma Lotter of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Huston Hoosier and Lottie Ellen Burress, was born August 9, 1943 in Adair County, Kentucky. She died at 2:38 A.M., Wednesday, September 6, 2023 in Campbellsville. She was 80 years old. She professed faith in Christ and attended Truth Tabernacle Pentecostal Church. Zelma was a retired housekeeper for Dr. James R. Angel's family for twenty-two years. She united in marriage to Bobby E. Lotter May 12, 1962 and he preceded her in death January 15, 2011. Zelma was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She is survived by one daughter, Robin Boils of Campbellsville; two grandchildren: Michael Boils and Brittany Benford and husband, Shawn of Greensburg; three great-grandchildren: Harper Benford, Heidi Benford and Hayden Benford. A Sister-in-Law Mary Thompson, Brother and Sister-in-Law Harold and JoAnn Lotter, Sister-in-Law Betty Hoosier all of Campbellsville and many other relatives and friends. She was also preceded in death by a son, Mikel Eugene Lotter in infancy on September 8, 1964 and five brothers and five sisters: Bradley Hoosier, Jack Hoosier, Coakley Hoosier, Willie Hoosier, Elmer Hoosier, Onia Mae Abell, Wilma Karnes, Velma Bailey, Nellie Goode and Hettie McDonald and another sister in infancy.
