Samantha McNay, 28, Adair County, KY (1995-2023) Samantha Maria McNay, age 28, of Columbia, KY, passed away Sunday, September 3, 2023 at her residence. She was born on Sunday, July 23, 1995, in Somerset, KY, the daughter of Lizzie Floyd Smith and Scott Smith, of Russell Springs, KY. Survivors include: Her husband - Jason McNay of Columbia, KY 1 Daughter: Isabella Smth, of Columbia KY 2 Sons: Xaiver Smith, of Columbia KY; Joshua Wilson, of Celina TN. 2 Step-Daughters: Kylee McNay, of Rushville IN; Katrina McNay, of Yakima WA 2 Step-Sons: Cody McNay, of Russell Springs KY; Austin McNay, of Russell Springs KY 1 Sister: Sara Stephens, spouse Robert, of Windsor KY She is also survived by her grandmother, Brenda Sullivan of Russell Springs, Kentucky. She was a Peer Support Specialist. She was a loving wife, mother and daughter. Funeral services will be 1pmCT Saturday, September 9, 2023 at Wilson Funeral Home, 391 East Steve Wariner Drive, Russell Springs, KY. Visitation will be 10am Saturday. Interment will be in Russell County Memorial Gardens, US Highway 127 (Middletown), Russell Springs, KY. Officiating: Pastor Mesti Parnell. Wilson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
