Office closure due to surgery By Roger D. Smith, DMD Last Thursday I had an examination with a retina specialist and he immediately scheduled me for surgery on Monday. Although I knew I had a problem I was not prepared for the need to have surgery so soon. This put a strain on notifying my scheduled patients and if anyone was missed please accept my apologies. The surgery went well and my surgeon is hopeful that I can be back in the office by September 19.
