Michael Cox, 74, Taylor Co., KY native (1948-2023)

Michael Cox of Tennessee, formerly of Campbellsville, son of the late Arvel & Christine Cox, was born August 12, 1948 in Taylor County, Kentucky. He passed away Sunday, June 25, 2023 in Tennessee. He was 74 years old.

He professed faith in Christ.

He served his country honorably in the United States Air Force.

Michael was a retired airplane mechanic and loved to fish, canoe, and be outdoors.

He is survived by 2 children: Beth Potocsnak and husband John and Adam Cox and wife Ashley; five grandchildren: JT, Cody, Eli and Tilly Potocsnak and Camryn Cox; one brother: Danny Cox and wife Phyllis of Campbellsville; 2 sisters: Judy Cox of Nashville, TN and Connie Breeding and husband Gary of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.

Michael was also preceded in death by one sister: Barbara Clark.
