Tony Harris, 63, Metcalfe County, KY (1960-2023)

Tony Alan Harris, 63, of Edmonton, Kentucky passed away on Saturday, July 15, 2023 at his residence after a short illness.

He was a member of The Pink Ridge Baptist Church, attended Pleasant Ridge Church, was a retired police chief for the city of Edmonton after 20+ years in law enforcement, and he loved old tractors.


He was born on Monday, May 30, 1960 in Glasgow, Kentucky to Dwight and Marjorie (Cassady) Harris.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife, Donna (Jewell) Harris, daughters, Stephanie (& Andrew) Grant, Candie (& Pete) Bennett, grandchildren, Kadin Emberton (& Bailey Pedigo), Austin Bennett, Kessie Grant, Lydia Bennett, Grayson Medley, Colee Grant, several other family members, and many many friends.

The funeral service will be conducted on Tuesday, July 18, 2023 at 1pmCT in the chapel of Butler Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Monday, July 17, 2023 after 4 and again on Tuesday after 8 until the time of the service.
