Leshia Fair, 59, Columbia, KY (1963-2023)

Leshia Lovale (Janes) Fair of Columbia died on Monday, July 10, 2023 at 11:48 P.M. at Hosparus Inpatient Care Center in Louisville. She was 59 years old.

The funeral service will be held at 2pmCT on Thursday, July 13, 2023, at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Jacob Davis and Bro. Larry Wisdom officiating. At Leshia's request, cremation will take place after the service.

Visitation is requested after 10amCT on Thursday.


She was born September 13, 1963, in Adair County. Leshia was a Registered Nurse working at Taylor Regional Hospital before her illness.

She was preceded in death by her father, Lewis Janes and a son, Jeremy Norris.

Survivors include:
  • Her mother - Maggie Curry Janes of Columbia
  • Two sons - Dallas Fair and his significant other Brittany Combs and Brandon Joseph all of Columbia
  • One daughter - Sonya Cooper of Columbia
  • One step-daughter - Amy Gray and her husband Reuben of Burkesville
  • One brother - Todd Janes and his wife Teresa of Greensburg
  • 10 grandchildren - Alyssa, Bradley, Carson, Landynn, Micah, Jenson, Ashton, Gsxer, Sophia and Emmitt
  • Several other relatives and friends
