Terry Brown, 79, Campbellsville, KY (1943-2023) Terry Brown of Naples, Florida, currently of Campbellsville, died at 6:49 P.M., Friday, July 7, 2023 in Louisville. He was 79 years old. The funeral service will be held at 11amET on Tuesday, July 11, 2023 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon Ave., Campbellsville, KY. Entombment will follow in Brookside Cemetery, with Full Military Honors by the Marion County Veterans Honor Guard. Visitation is requested from 4pmET until 8pmET on Monday, July 10, 2023 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home. Terry Brown, son of the late Paul Ray Brown and Gracie B. Smith Ryan, was born September 2, 1943 in Bradfordsville, Kentucky. He served his country honorably in the United States Air Force. Terry was the owner of Emerald Isle Resort and Marina. He was also a traveling salesman with Seagram's Distillery for many years before purchasing Emerald Isle Marina in 1983. He was a very proud member of the National Rifle Association, the Kentucky Marina Association, and the Kentucky State Tourism Commission. He united in marriage to Patti Humphress September 29, 2018. Besides his wife, Patti Brown of Campbellsville, he is survived by one daughter and one son: Melissa Graham and husband, Keith of Lancaster, and Paul Brown of Inverness, Florida; two step-daughters: Brittany Gray and husband, Darian of Campbellsville, and Lindsay Newton and husband, Justin of Louisville; four grandchildren: Macayla Graham of Lexington, Macy Williams and husband, Robert of Cincinnati, Ohio, Abby Brown and Connor Brown of South Carolina; six step-grandchildren: Guy Proctor, and Henle Newton of Louisville, and Dax Gray, Dane Gray, Blakely Gray, and Donovan Gray of Campbellsville; two great-grandchildren: Gavin Williams, and Alice Williams of Cincinnati; one brother, Rodney Wilcher and wife, Vickie of Lebanon; nieces and nephews: Pam Moraja and husband, Richard of Lebanon, and John Wilcher and wife, Kelly of Sarasota, Florida. Expressions of sympathy requested to be donations to the Marion County Veterans Honor Guard and may be made at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home.
