State computer outage affecting County Clerk Update 11:48amCT: Currently the computers are back online. From Lisa Greer Adair County Clerk Our state computers are completely down at the moment. The state has us on the highest priority, but with no estimated timeframe. At this time we are not able to do any transfers, renewals, etc. on the front line. The deed room is open, and we are here to answer phones -- we will help in any way possible.
