Shout of praise to TRECC workers

By Jimmie Cox

Just want to give a shout of praise and say THANK YOU to the workers at Taylor Co. RECC for their tireless efforts in restoring our electricity.

Due to the recent storms, we have had a couple of outages in the past week. The lightning in last night's thunderstorm was like none that I've ever seen before. Many people have no idea what it's like to get up in the middle of the night and respond to a call for help. We have no control over the weather. We can only deal with the aftermath.

I know what it's like to have a job that you can't get there fast enough and solve everyone's problems in five minutes. So with that being said, Thank you again to the employees at Taylor Co RECC for leaving your families in the middle of the storm to take care of me and my family's problems. Be safe. Thanks, Jimmie
