Music and Formation Flying before Hot Air Balloon Glow

From Julie Dennis
Taylor County Tourist Commission

The Murakami Hot Air Balloon Glow will be even bigger in 2023, with added events and activities. Bring the family and enjoy great food, music, games, a petting zoo and more starting at 4pmET on Saturday July 1, 2023, at the Taylor County Fairgrounds, 1721 E. Broadway St., Campbellsville, KY.

  • 4pmET: Music from Campbellsville's own DJ Alex Bailey
  • 5pmET: Look to the skies for a captivating 45-minute ariel flyover from Smoke on Aviation. Watch the precision flyover and experience the thrill of formation flying.
  • 6:30pmET: The giant hot air balloons inflate and light up the night sky. Get up close to the balloons and speak with pilots. And remember to take lots of photos.
