Barbara Underwood, 83, Buffalo, KY (1940-2023) Barbara Underwood of Buffalo died at 9:50 A.M., Monday, June 12, 2023. She was 83 years old. The funeral service will be held at NoonET on Thursday, June 15, 2023 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon Ave., Campbellsville, KY, officiated by Bro. Willie Cole Bland. Burial will follow in Brookside Cemetery. Visitation is requested from 11amET until NoonET on Thursday, June 15, 2023 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home. Barbara Underwood, daughter of the late Jim Webb and Ollie West Webb, was born March 1, 1940 in Hart County, Kentucky. She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Poplar Grove Methodist Church. Barbara was a retired food service employee with Holiday Inn. She united in marriage to Fred Underwood February 18, 1961 and he preceded her in death June 13, 2014. She was a loving mother and grandmother. Barbara is survived by three sons and one daughter: Carlton Underwood and wife, Nancy and Danny Underwood of Campbellsville, Vincent Huff and wife, Annie of Greensburg and Debby Clark and husband, Lonnie of Center Point, Iowa; thirteen grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; one sister, Betty Kerr of Canada; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends. Barbara was also preceded in death by four brothers and five sisters: Robert Webb, Thomas Webb, Hilbert Webb, James Webb, Ella Webb, Ellen Cooper, Jane Carmen, Katherine Harris and Marie Anderson. Expressions of sympathy requested to be donations to the funeral expenses and may be made at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home. Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
