Thank you from the family of Billy Rodgers Our family would like to thank you for the many acts of kindness shown to us during the passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather, Billy Rodgers. We would like to give a special thank you to Josh Stotts, Daryl VanArsdale, Crystal Caldwell and Robert Harmon for their professionalism and kindness shown to us. We would also like to thank Summit Manor for their care and concern shown to Billy during his stay there. We want to thank all who came to the funeral home to offer comfort and care to our family. The food that was brought to our homes and to the funeral home was so appreciated. We cannot express our thankfulness for the beautiful meal that was prepared by Pickett's Chapel Church and Columbia Baptist Church after the service. Our sincere appreciation goes out to Bro. Larry Huckaby and Bro. Darrell Coffey for a wonderful service and the Pickett's Chapel choir, led by Kenny Wisdom, for their beautiful singing of three of Billy's favorite songs and Phyllis Burris for playing the piano so beautifully and to the pallbearers and honorary pallbearers. Billy loved his church and leading the singing, he was there as long as he was able to attend. We know he would have been so proud of his service. We thank each of you that donated to Gideon Bibles, made a contribution to the Alzheimer's Foundation, Hosparus of Green River and Pickett's Chapel Church in Billy's memory. Please continue to pray for us as we adjust to life without him. Joyce, Cathy, David, McKenzie, Haley & Family Mitzi, Roger, Ethan, Chase & Family This story was posted on 2023-05-09 09:58:18
