Diane Durrett Larimore-Troy, 74, Taylor County, KY Diane Durrett Larimore-Troy of the Black Gnat Community of Taylor County, Kentucky, daughter of the late Earl and Hazel Ward Durrett, was born on September 26, 1948 in Green County, Kentucky. She departed this life on Friday, April 7, 2023 at her residence having attained the age of 74 years, six months and 12 days.She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Larimore, on March 5, 1977. Diane was an employee of Kroger in Campbellsville and enjoyed planting flowers and taking care of her yard. Survivors include two daughters: Leslie Faye Larimore of Georgia and Michela Durrett Larimore of Black Gnat; one son: Harold Richard Troy, III "PJ" of Black Gnat; four grandchildren: Christopher Larimore, James "Sid" Larimore and Aleks Larimore all of Georgia, and Mackenzie Larimore of Black Gnat; two brothers and sisters-in-law: Earl Jr. and Evelyn Durrett of New Hampshire and Joe and Jean Durrett of Louisville; two sisters and one brother-in-law: Shirley Durrett of Gabe and Brenda and Peter Larson of Maine; plus a host of other relatives and friends. A Celebration of Life service will be conducted at 1pmCT Saturday, April 15, 2023 at the Gupton-Landrum Funeral Home with burial to follow in Brookside Cemetery in Campbellsville, Kentucky. Visitation is requested after 11am until the time of the service.
