Funeral services will be held at 10amCT on Thursday, April 20, 2023, at Bernard Ridge Church of God, 241 Stephens Ridge Road, Russell Springs, KY, with Bro. Eric Richardson, Pastor Johnny Dunbar, Bro. Scott Proctor officiating. Interment will follow in Bernard Cemetery, Russell Springs, KY. Visitation will be 5pmCT on Wednesday, April 19, 2023, at Bernard Ridge Church of God, 241 Stephens Ridge Road, Russell Springs, KY. Virginia was born on Sunday, February 9, 1930, in Russell Springs, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Arizona West Stephens and the late Ezra Stephens. Survivors include:
