Earlene Bradshaw, 73, Jamestown, KY (1949-2023)

Earlene Bradshaw of Jamestown died on Wednesday, April 5, 2023 in Louisville. She was 73 years old.

The funeral service will be held at NoonCT on Friday, April 14, 2023, at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY, with Rev. James S. Barleston, Sr. delivering the eulogy. Burial will follow in Holt Cemetery.

Visitation is requested after 11amCT on Friday, April 14, 2023 at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home.


She was born November 5, 1949 in Greensburg, Kentucky. Earlene was a member of Green's Chapel Church, retired from Fruit of the Loom and after retirement worked for the Russell County School System. She was preceded in death by her husband, Herlon Bradshaw, her mother, Lorena Richardson Smith, and a brother Robert Lee "Bobby" Smith.

Survivors include:
  • One son - Harold Bradshaw of Jamestown
  • One grandchild - Bryson William Keith Bradshaw of Columbia
  • Four brothers - David Smith (Pearl) of Aurora, IL, Adam Smith of Aurora, IL, Gary Smith (Rebecca) of Campbellsville and Grant Smith (Susan) of Lebanon
  • Three sisters - Marie Ford (Dale) of Campbellsville, Lucy Buckner (Stanley) of Aurora, IL and JoAnn Williams (Ray) of Aurora, IL
  • Several other relatives and friends
