Tracy Hancock, 54, Columbia, KY (1968-2023)

Tracy Anita Hancock of Columbia returned to our Lord on April 6, 2023 in Louisville, Kentucky. She was 54 years old.

The funeral service will be held at NoonCT on Tuesday, April 11, 2023, at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY. Burial will follow in Haven Hill Cemetery.

Visitation is requested after 5pmCT on Monday.


Tracy was born in Campbellsville, Kentucky, on April 22, 1968, to Brenda Hancock and the late Oral Hancock.

Tracy worked for many years under David Eubank at The Medicine Shoppe and up until her untimely death, she was employed with The Marian House caring for friends Nina, Dwight and Clara.

She is survived by:
  • One son - Dustin Harvey, her daughter-in-law, Laura Harvey and the light of her life, her granddaughter, Layla Harvey all of Glasgow
  • Her mother - Brenda Hancock of Columbia
  • Two brothers - Alex Hancock (Pam) and Troy Hancock (Donna) all of Columbia
  • One sister - Tasha Warren (fiance, Travis Cole) of Columbia
  • Two loving aunts - Peggy Lawson and Teresa Dean (Robert) all of Columbia
  • A host of nieces and nephews including, Rachel Hancock, Jayden Warren, Jackson Warren, Amber Birdwell, Jeremy Birdwell, Blaide Birdwell, Keegan Birdwell, Tripp Birdwell, Skye Brockman, Jaylen Birdwell.
She was preceded in death by her father, Oral Hancock, an uncle, Stanley Lawson and a cousin, Missy Grider.
