Adair Co. Youth CAIP Program From Teresa Bright Adair County Cooperative Extension Service Adair County youth ages 9 to 18 enrolled in school are eligible to participate in the Adair County Youth County Agricultural Investment Program. Participants are eligible for up to $500 maximum reimbursement on a pro-rated basis. Eligible cost-share is on a 50/50 basis. Participation in following educational sessions are required by all applicants. Applicant must attend all sessions.
