18 Candidates file for Adair offices at 4:30 p.m., as offices close for weekend One more candidate filed this afternoon to swell the rolls of those on the May 2006 ballot, a check at the office of Adair County Court Clerk, Ann Melton shows. One more candidate filed this afternoon, for Magistrate in District 3 as of 4:30 p.m., Thursday, November 10, 2005. The next opportunity to file will be Monday morning, November 14, 2005, at 8:00 a.m. Ann Melton, Adair County Court Clerk, said that her office will be closed for observation of Veterans Day on Friday, November 11, and will be closed Saturday.
