Adair County Arts Council holds February meeting Updating activities of the Adair County Arts Council, Anne Bird accepted the leadership position as president of the ACAC from retiring Tim Smith in January after she and her husband Alan relocated their businesses to the former Henrietta and Jeff Scott galleries in Sparksville. Items on the agenda for her first meeting included a guest appearance by Doug Beard, director of the Columbian Theater, a logo contest, membership levels, an Adair and surrounding county member directory, and the calendar of events.
