More than 525 area children participate in LWC Safe Halloween 12th time college has held the college/community event By Duane Bonifer Public Relations Director, Lindsey Wilson College Photos accompany this story Lindsey Wilson College hosted more than 525 area children and their families on Tuesday night at the campus' 12th-annual "Safe Halloween." "This is an important community event that reaches out and brings the college and the people of Adair County and surrounding communities closer together," said Lindsey Wilson Dean of Students Dean Schmidt. Children were led by Lindsey Wilson students through the college's residence halls, where they received candy from residents, many of whom were dressed for the occasion.
