Gladys Scott, 66 Gladys Scott, 66, 178 Mackey Spoon RD, Fairplay, KY, passed away Monday, October 24, 2005, at 2:40 p.m., at the Medical Center of Bowling Green, after an illness. The funeral service will be Wednesday, October 26, 2005, at 2:00 p.m., at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg ST, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Carl Froedge and Bro. Ronnie Janes officiating. Mrs. Scott attended the Columbia Community Church and was a homemaker. She was the daughter of the late Willie Logan and Iva Lee Grant Bennett. She is survived by her husband, Lloyd Scott, Fairplay, KY, and by the following:
One brother: Chandler Bennett, Fairplay, KY Two sisters: Helen Thompson and Bernice Rupe, both of Columbia, KY Five grandchildren: Hunter Adkins, Brandon Jones, Kendra Jones, Heather Power, and Lindsey Power A Special Niece: Jance Appleby A Special Nephew: Frank Appleby And a host of other relatives and friends Interment will be in Loy Cemetery at Fairplay, KY. Visitation will be after 4:30 p.m., Tuesday, October 25, 2005, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, Columbia, KY. Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home is in charge of funeral arrangements.
