Ann Slayton Goff, 90, Louisville, KY (1932-2022) Ann Slayton Goff of Louisville went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 29, 2022, at Baptist Health Louisville. She was 90 years old. Funeral services will be held at 2pmET on Wednesday, January 4, 2023, at Dixon-Rogers Funeral Home, 9025 New Jackson Hwy., Magnolia, KY, with Bro. Troy Grider officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Zion Cemetery in Hart County. Visitation will be from 4pmET until 8pmET on Tuesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., Louisville, KY, and will continue after 11amET on Wednesday at Dixon-Rogers Funeral Home in Magnolia. She was a former employee of Georgetown Manor Nursing Home for many years and a minister's wife. Ann was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. James "Jim" W. Goff, her parents, Elie and Myrtle Gore Slayton; 13 brothers and sisters. She is survived by a daughter, Cindy (Milford) Blaydes of Louisville; a son, Rick (Jo) Goff of Prospect; three grandchildren, Kristie (Derrick) Payne, Scott Goff and Michael Blaydes; three great-grandchildren, Bailey, Brooke and Brevin Payne. In lieu of flowers please make contributions to Separate Baptist Missions Inc. 10550 Liberty Road, Columbia, KY 42728 or the Gideons International PO Box 25, Hodgenville, KY 42748.
