Adair Co. EDA Agenda for Nov 15, 2022 meeting

The Columbia-Adair County Economic Development Authority will hold a Board of Directors Meeting at 8amCT on Tuesday, November 15, 2022, in the Chamber of Commerce Building at 201 Burkesville Street, Columbia, KY.

Meeting Agenda:


  • Presiding - Bobby Morrison, Chairman
  • Welcome, Call To Order, Determination of a Quorum, Pledge of Allegiance & Prayer

  • Business:
    • Approval of Minutes as presented - Doyle Lloyd, Secretary
    • Approval of Treasurer's financial report - Roger Meadows, Treasurer

  • New Business:
    1. Brainstorm key points to make on grant application site visit, they do not want a big crowd. Mark will update us on plans, take notes to update and discuss with Heather
    2. Chester called Lee Stephens and they mowed the park shortly after the last meeting; it looks good.
    3. Update on Biggs payment - Mark
    4. Got with Landon Edwards on Russell County Gas tax bill, he adjusted down for this year and changed to EDA property to eliminate future taxes
    5. Other Business
    6. Motion to adjourn
