Linda Joyce Wright, 73, Adair Co., KY native (1949-2022) Ms. Linda Joyce Wright of Greensburg passed away on Sunday, October 16, 2022 at Taylor Regional Hospital. She was 73 years old. The funeral services for Ms. Linda Wright will be conducted at 11amCT on Tuesday, October 18, 2022 at the Gupton-Landrum Funeral Home, 307 E Columbia Ave., Greensburg, KY, with Bro. Greg Whitlow officiating. Burial will follow in the Green County Memory Gardens. Visitation is requested on Monday from 5pmCT until 8pmCT, and will continue after 7amCT on Tuesday until the time of the service at the funeral home. Ms. Linda Joyce Wright, daughter of the late Bill and Flora Blakley, was born on May 17, 1949 in Adair County, Kentucky. She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a homemaker. Her greatest joy was the time spent with her family. Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law: Ronald Wayne and Rhonda Wright of Campbellsville & Darrell and Tonya Wright of Greensburg; seven grandchildren: Ashley Wright, Katie Wright, Heather Holt, Charlie Wright, Andrew Moore, Kalie and Travis Stringer and Cierra Wright; five great-grandchildren: Eleanor Stringer, Conner Holt, Greyson Holt, Brantley Northup and Rylan Northup; two brothers: Larry and Darlene Blakley of Louisville and Michael Blakley of Columbia; and a host of other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by a special friend: Ken Maly. Expressions of sympathy can be made in the form of contributions to the Hosparus of Green River or the Gideon Bible Fund, all of which can be made at the funeral home. Pallbearers: Darrell Wright, Ronald Wayne Wright, Travis Stringer, Charlie Wright, Andrew Moore and Dylan Childress Gupton-Landrum Funeral Home in Greensburg is in charge of the arrangements.
