Arlis Dee Dykes, Columbia, KY (2022-2022) Arlis Dee Dykes, two month old son of Collin Dykes and Nicole Givens, passed away on Friday, September 23, 2022 at Norton Children's Hospital after battling congenital heart defects since birth. A private graveside service will be held on Tuesday. A public visitation will be held from 4pmCT to 8pmCT on Monday, September 26, 2022, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg St., Columbia, KY. In addition to his parents he is survived by a brother Carson Hoskins; grandparents Mark and Wendy Dykes of Columbia, KY, Julie Johns of Westmoreland, TN and Jerry Hodges of Scottsville, KY; great grandparents Brenda Johns of Portland, TN and Sherry and Starr Adams of Elizabethtown, KY; aunts Leah Dykes of Columbia, KY, Jessica Hodges of Gallatin, TN, Brieanna Crawford of Clarksville, TN and Paige Wirgau of Westmoreland, TN and an uncle Alex Merideth of Louisville, KY. He is preceded in death by his great grandparents Jack Johns and Dee and Maxine Dykes. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ronald McDonald House or Norton Children's Hospital. These donations can be left at the funeral home. Honorary pallbearers are Alex Meredith, Grant Cash, Wayne Flowers, Hunter Flowers and Sanford "Boo" Wheat.
