Ramona Sue Ray, 65, Green County, KY (1957-2022) Ramona Sue Ray of Greensburg, Kentucky, daughter of the late Bill Hall and Cordia Hall, was born on Wednesday, April 17, 1957 in Green County and departed this life on Friday, September 16, 2022. She was 65 years, 4 months, and 30 days of age. She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Bethlehem Baptist Church. She was a former Deputy Jailer for Green County. Other Survivors include two sons: Donnie Ray of Greensburg and his fiance Christy Harper of Edmonton, Lonnie "Bubba" Ray of Greensburg; 12 Grandchildren; One great-grandchild; and a host of other relatives and friends. Besides her parents, she was also preceded in death by a son: Ronnie "Shorty" Ray Jr.; three brothers: Rocky Hall, Danny Hall, and Charles Hall. Graveside services for Ramona Sue Ray will be conducted at 3pmCT Sunday, September 18, 2022 at the Hudson Cemetery in Green County. Bro. Shawn Coffey officiating. Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home, Greensburg in charge of the service arrangements. The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the family burial expenses, which can be made at the funeral home.
