Bardin family shares news of the Burkesville Bluegrass Festival Darlene Brock Bardin is our newest guest writer/photographer. She says she enjoys visiting the ColumbiaMagazine.com photo archive and decided to try sharing a favorite photo from her family. When we saw the photo it was easy to see why it was her favorite. Her daughter Brooklyn got a fiddle playing lesson from professional musicians at the Burkesville Bluegrass Festival. The smiles on all their faces tell the story of how much fun was being had. If you have photos you'd like to share with readers, please email .jpg files to photos@columbiamagazine.com. Include your name, an email address and phone number, the date the photo was taken, and the location and names of anyone in the photos. Another note on photos, at the end of each cutline, when you see the (Direct Link to Photo), click on that and it takes you to the permanent link to that photo. You can email that link to family and friends and they will be able to click on it and open the photo without hunting through archives. This story was posted on 2005-09-23 15:17:25
