Bridgette Denise Simpson, 55, Campbellsville, KY (1967-2022)

Bridgette Denise Simpson of Campbellsville passed away on Monday, August 29, 2022 in Campbellsville at her home. She was 55 years of age.

To honor the request of Bridgette, cremation rites were entrusted to L.R. Petty Funeral Home in Campbellsville. There are no services planned.


Bridgette Denise Simpson, the daughter of the late William Fred Simpson, Jr and Shelia Mae Gumm, was born August 6, 1967 in Campbellsville.

She was a former employee of Magnolia Alley Florist and was of the Christian Faith.

Survivors include a daughter: Bobbie Jo Obanion; a sister: Carol Brown; two nephews: Joshua Doyle Simpson and Ryan Micah Sears and special friend: Lois Brown.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Kellie Rae Obanion-Allen.
