Alex Hill, 32, Russell County, KY (1989-2022) Alexander "Alex" Hill, of Russell Springs, passed away on Tuesday, August 23, 2022, at his home. He was 32 years of age. Alex was born October 7, 1989, in Somerset. He worked with his dad, Curtis, in the family's business, Hill's Toilet Rental and Septic Service. Alex loved spending time with his Bethany. He enjoyed playing with his two dogs, Bear and Hog, that he thought of as "his kids". He loved driving his Dodge truck and leaving black smoke and tire marks behind. He is survived by his parents, Curtis and Stacy Hill, of Russell Springs; his mother, Karen Parker, of Oklahoma; his life partner, Bethany McGowan, of Russell Springs; his brother, Trenton Hill, of Russell Springs; his sister, Chanenna Hill, of Russell Springs; his half-brother, Colton Boger, of Russell Springs; his paternal grandmother, Faetta Hill, of Jamestown; his maternal grandparents, Kathy Sullivan, of Jamestown and Carlos Sullivan, of Columbia; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends; and his beloved dogs, Bear and Hog. Alex is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, William Hill. Funeral services are 12noonCT Thursday, August 25, 2022 at Bernard Funeral Home, with Bro. Rick Neff officiating. Interment will follow in Dixon Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jackie Mann, Robert Walters, David Wooldridge, Chris Wooldridge, Nathan Ginn and Jason Green.
