Lowell T. Miller, 81, Russell County, KY (1940-2022)

Lowell T. Miller, 81, of Jamestown, passed away Friday, August 19, 2022 at Russell County Hospital.

He was a retired city worker and farmer.



Lowell was born in Jamestown, KY on November 16, 1940, a son of the late Pearlie (Burton) and Howard Miller.

He was the husband of Velma (Pierce) Miller.

Lowell is survived by

wife Velma Miller, of Jamestown, KY;

a son, Barry (Barbara) Miller, of Russell Springs, KY;

two sisters, Lois Helm, of Jamestown, KY; and Luanne Phelps, of Eubank, KY;

two brothers, Larry Miller, and Lonnie Miller, of Jamestown, KY.

He is also survived by 2 grandchildren, 1 step grandchild, 4 step great grandchildren.

Preceded in death by his parents.

Graveside Service 1:30pmCT on Monday, August 22nd at Dixon Cemetery in Jamestown, KY with Bro. Roger Garner officiating.

Friends may visit 11-1 on Monday, August 22nd at H. E. Pruitt Memory Chapel in Jamestown, KY.
