Sharon and Floyd Burton will celebrate 28th anniversary, Friday

Floyd and Sharon Burton will be celebrating their 28th wedding anniversary Friday, September 23, 2005.

They are very happily married and are the parents of three children and four grandchildren with whom they really enjoy spending time.

Mr. Burton is a paramedic with the Adair Co. ambulance service where he has worked for 25 years. He is also a farmer who raises Simmental cattle. When he isn't at work he stays busy as an Adair County School Board member representing District 4, with activities in the Cattlemen's Association, and as a member of the 4-H Council.

Mrs. Burton is a nurse but isn't employed at the present time. She enjoys playing the piano, scrapbooking, and keeping journals on all the grandchildren.

May god bless them with many more happy years together.
