Monday storms could be heavy, stay alert to changes From Mike Keltner, Director Adair County Emergency Management Storms are expected to develop this afternoon ahead of a cold front approaching from the north. Storms may initiate over central or southern Indiana this afternoon and then push south into Kentucky this evening. Locally damaging wind gusts will be the main severe threat with the storms.
