PUBLIC NOTICE

Please be advised the City of Columbia Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public Hearing on September 22, 2005, at 6:00 P.M. in City hall to consider the following:
  1. A zone change from R-1 Low Density Residential t C-3 Neighborhood Commercial for one (1) Lot Located at 502 Burkesville Street (PVA Map #C3-7-05)

  2. A zone change from R-2 Low-Moderate Density Residential to C-1 Downtown Commercial for two (2) lots located at 501 Greensburg Street and 503 Greensburg Street (PVA Map #C3-1-02 and Map#C3-1-01)

  3. Planning Commission to zone five (5) lots on Highway 55 North to be annexed into City Limits. Zone to be C-2 Highway Oriented Commercial (PVA Map #C01-008-006, #C01-008-005, #C01-008-004, #C01-008-0003-.001, #C01-008-0003-.002

The hearing is open to the public.

2005-09-14 - Columbia, KY - Photo Staff. 501 and 503 Greensburg ST - The City of Columbia Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a hearing in City Hall on September 22, 2005, at 6:00 p.m., to consider a zone change for two lots located at 501 and 503 Greensburg St, above, from R-2 Low-Moderate Density Residential to C-1 Downtown Commercial. The intersection is at Marshall ST and Greensburg ST.

Five lots to be annexed: P&Z Zone hearing



2005-09-14 - Columbia, KY - Photo Staff. Five Lots on Campbellsville ST - The City of Columbia Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a hearing in City Hall on Thursday, September 22, 2005, at 6:00 p.m., to consider a zone change for five lots located on Highway 55 North. The lots are to be annexed into the City Limits. The Zone is to be C-2 Highway Commercial. The five lots start on the west side of the road, left in the photo. They begin with the vacant lot, and include Day's Feed Mill (2 lots), Tommy Grider's former Highway Garage Building property, and the Old Ambulance Building. The latter is now being renovated for the Adair County Regional Jail to be a Minimum Security Facility.
