Trinity UMC Women's Conference Sept. 10 with Nicole C. Mullen Nicole C. Mullen will be the guest speaker at the Trinity UMC Women's Conference on Saturday, September 10, 2022, from 9amCT to 3pmCT, and Martha Christian will be the Worship Leader. The conference theme is "Created for a Purpose". Everyone is invited to the conference. The cost is $25, and you can purchase tickets and t-shirts at www.trinityumccolumbiaky.org/womensconference. Tickets are limited, and the registration deadline is September 1, 2022. Nicole C. Mullen is a talented Christian recording artist and song writer. She has received two Grammy Award nominations and nine Gospel Music Association Dove Awards, including two Female Vocalist of the Year honors, Song of Year for "Redeemer, and On My Knees", the Urban Album of the Year for "Everyday People", Contemporary Song of the Year (Call on Jesus), and the first African American female to win Songwriter of the Year for "Redeemer". While she has received these high honors, Nicole keeps her humble, "salt of the earth", demeanor. She is a woman of faith who loves God's Word. From the Bible and her life experience she will speak on how we are "Created for a Purpose". Martha Christian is the Lead Worship Minister at the Broadway United Methodist Church in Bowling Green, Kentucky. She is a seasoned Worship Leader with years of experience.
