G.R.A.S. August 2022 Schedule

Update: G.R.A.S. to stay open next week after all

From the Adair County Judge's Office

The Green River Animal Shelter will be closed to the public from July 31, 2022 through August 7, 2022, due to employee vacation and a medical leave. Animals will be fed and cared for daily but the shelter will be closed to the public.

The shelter will reopen to the public on Monday, August 8, 2022. For the month of August 2022 the Green River Animal Shelter will be closed on Saturdays and Sundays. The Shelter will be open to the public as follows:
  • Mondays: NoonCT to 4pmCT
  • Tuesdays: 10amCT to 4pmCT
  • Wednesdays: 10amCT to 4pmCT
  • Thursdays: 10amCT to 4pmCT
  • Fridays: 10amCT to 4pmCT
