The Columbia-Adair County Economic Development Authority will hold a special called Board of Directors Meeting at 8amCT on Tuesday, July 26, 2022, in the Chamber of Commerce at 201 Burkesville Street, Columbia, KY.

This special called meeting is needed due to the lack of a quorum at Monday's regular meeting. There is one issue on the agenda.

Meeting Agenda:

  • Special Called Meeting

  • Presiding - Bobby Morrison, Chairman
  • Welcome, Call To Order, Determination of a Quorum, Pledge of Allegiance & Prayer

  • Business:

    • Approval of Treasurer's financial report - Roger Meadows, Treasurer

  • New Business:

Handout previous information agenda, plan for service road and quote (from regular meeting, no quorum so no official meeting.)
