KSP Post 15 investigating Sunday shooting in Cumberland County Uncle, Frank Willis, shoots nephew, Robert Riley, in left leg Tpr. Nathan Carey, Sgt. Rob Winsett, leading investigation Columbia Post 15, Kentucky State Police, is investigating a shooting that occurred in the Peytonsburg Community of Cumberland County, KY, Sunday, August 14, 2005. During an argument between two brothers, Francis "Frank" Willis, an uncle, shot Robert Riley in the left leg with a small caliber semi-automatic pistol. Frank Willis is charged with 1st degree assault. The shooting is being investigated by Tpr. Nathan Carey, and Sgt. Rob Winsettt, KSP Post 15, Columbia, KY. They are being assisted by the Cumberland County Sheriff's Department, Burkesville Police Department, and by the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife.
