Commissioner Quarles visit to ACHS By Gale Cowan Adair County Judge Executive Kentucky Agriculture Commissioner Dr. Ryan Quarles took time out of his schedule today to stop by and visit the Adair County FFA and Welding Departments at Adair County High School.
