No major storm damage reported overnight

Temperatures were at a summery 80 degrees Wednesday afternoon but started changing rapidly when winds began increasing. After dark the thunderstorms and heavy rains rolled through.

Adair County is waking to a chilly 45 degrees after the night of big weather moves. Thankfully, no emergency services were called out through the night according to ACJE Gale Cowan. Road crews continue to help as called on for tree limbs, etc. We have much to be thankful for.

Picture of storm rolling in Wednesday night

2022-04-14 - Adair Co., KY - Photo by Veronica Arnold.
We left church at Berean Community just in time to get home as the storm clouds rolled in. We prayed for safety this evening and are thankful for all who are safe and pray for those in harms way.

Picture is facing eastward as the storm is rolling in from the west. --Arnolds of Fairplay
