Emergency road aid funds awarded to Cumberland Co. By Amber Hale Somerset, KY - The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) today announced the Cumberland County Fiscal Court will receive $25,600 in County Road Aid emergency funds for a bridge replacement project on Dutch Creek Cemetery Road (CR 1415). "The Transportation Cabinet is pleased to approve this request for funding to provide assistance to Cumberland County to repair and maintain safe connections in the community," said Transportation Secretary Jim Gray.
