Lisa Nicole Crawhorn, 45, of Columbia, Kentucky, died Saturday, April 9, 2022.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at 2pmCT at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with Bro. Steve Martin officiating. Burial will follow in Columbia Cemetery. Visitation after 10amCT Wednesday.



She was born March 28, 1977, in Chicago, Illinois and was employed by Heritage Family Services in Campbellsville.

Survivors include:

Her parents - Ralph and Sherri Crawhorn of Richmond and Pat and Billy Keltner of Portland

Her husband - Jason Burton of Portland

Her son - Chance Riley Burton of Columbia

Three brothers - Thomas Keltner (Danielle) of Columbia, Sean Keltner (Becky) of Russell Springs, Jason Keltner (Tessa) of Albany

Two sisters - Lora George (Darren) of Bardstown, Elesha Butler (Bill) of Rineyville, Tara Franklin of Richmond

Her grandmother - Freda Wilson of Campbellsville

Several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends

Grissom-Martin Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
