Johnnie Warf, 90, Metcalfe County, KY (1931-2022)

John Howard "Johnnie" Warf, Sr., 90 of Edmonton passed away peacefully, April 3, 2022 at his home surrounded by family. Born November 6, 1931 the son of the late Teddy Vechal and Susan Elizabeth Finn Warf. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by a son Stevie Joe Warf. A son in law Paul Mosby, Two sisters, Lucille Edwards and Jodie Ann Curry. Two brothers, Ray and Ernest Warf.

Johnnie was a member of the Pleasant Valley Cumberland Presbyterian church and retired as Metcalfe County Barn Supervisor.



Johnnie is survived by five children. Shelia Thompson, Nancy Warf, Juanita Mosby, Donita Blakley and John Warf and wife Margie all of Edmonton. His grandchildren. Kim Smith, Bridgett Paull, Amanda Thompson, Tabitha Grissom, Chasity Oakes, Quentin Warf and Jamesthan Blakley. Ten great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.

Funeral services for Mr. Warf will be held 1pmCT Thursday, April 7, 2022 at Butler Funeral Home in Edmonton with burial in the Hiser Cemetery at Center.
