Travel: Grand Canyon, Northern Rim, Northern Arizona

By Robert Ellis
Robert Ellis Woodworking

This was our last National Park visit for the September 2021 trip to Zion, Bryce and Grand Canyon. Many folks plan this same trip due the proximity of these three parks with each other...and...with reasonable striking distance to Las Vegas as the starting point.

Another scenic view along the 23 mile drive on the Northern Rim. There's a lot of places to pull over with good parking, to take in the numerous overlooks... all from the comfort of your vehicle. No hiking required. Due to its elevation, 8000+ feet, and yearly snowfall, the park is only open mid-May to mid-October.
